Beginners Yoga with Karen
Aimed at gently mobilising the joints to ease stiffness and increase flexibility, aiding daily functional movements to avoid injuries, and improving breathing capacity to increase general well-being to help you deal with whatever life throws at you.
Offered as a 6 week course or drop in class.
