Every month for the Full Moon we come together in sacred community to release the past and realign with our highest intentions.
Join Tam for an immersive journey as we meet the powerful Aries Harvest Moon. As the closest full moon to the autumn equinox, this sacred lunation marks a seasonal bridge of courage activation, inviting us to reap our inner rewards and balance summer's end with a grounded shift toward autumn. Falling in the bold, fiery sign of the Ram, this moon urges you to stop waiting and ignite clear action on your goals, celebrate your personal growth, and release any self-doubt holding you back before the darker months arrive.
I’m a dance movement therapist with 20 years experience of moving with people young and old.
This workshop is aimed at mid life adults and beyond and is designed to ignite your joy of moving and invites you to get to know your unique movement signature in an inclusive, non judgemental, body positive setting.
If you enjoy group activity, are interested to learn more about yourself and your world through attention, movement and feeling then this is for you.
Why letting go and why now
You're already doing everything right. Moving daily, stretching, taking your supplements, following a breathing app. And still, nothing much changes. The usual conclusion is to try harder, or to look for the one more thing that's been missing.
I think the problem runs the other way. Think of your wardrobe. You can't keep piling things in forever — at some point, something has to come out before anything new actually fits. Adding another routine on top of everything else doesn't bring clarity. It just adds weight to what's already there.
This is exactly why autumn is the right season to be having this conversation. In Chinese medicine, autumn is the season of Metal — the element of shedding, of keeping only what's essential. It's the one time of year the body is naturally primed to let go, not add more.
You can see it outside right now. The trees aren't losing anything by dropping their leaves. They're simply revealing what was underneath all along — their own structure, standing clear.
Underneath everything you've been stacking on, the routines, the supplements, the apps, is a structure that was always yours. Letting go doesn't take anything from you. It's how you find it again.
If this is a season where you'd like some support letting go, I'd love to welcome you to Qigong.

Join Gina for Mysore assisted self-practice. This is a self-paced, traditional method of practicing Ashtanga Yoga where the practitioner moves through a set sequence of postures with guidance, support and adjustments from the teacher in a shared group practice space.
Barbara is offering an Indian Head Massage throughout October which is usually £65, but just £50 this month for an hour's session, including work to the back, neck, shoulders, head and face, ending with a few minutes of healing✨
Join Gina for extended evenings of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidrā & ambient soundscapes — an opportunity for a monthly reset. Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia through long-held (3-5 minutes), passive poses. This encourages stillness and mindfulness, helps to increase flexibility, release tension, and cultivate inner calm.
Yoga Nidrā (translated from Sanskrit meaning yogic sleep) is a guided deep relaxation practice of conscious rest that leads you into a state between sleep and awareness. A deeply restorative practice, it calms the mind and nervous system, and releases stress.
Join us for a weekend of Ashtanga, Backbend workshops and Yin Yoga. There will also be an (optional) group dinner on the Saturday evening. If you’ve practiced with Inna before you’ll be familiar with her expert hands-on adjustments, creative and technical workshops, and deeply restorative yin yoga practices. We highly recommend coming to experience practicing with Inna with like-minded yogis in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Join Tam for an immersive journey as we meet the grounding Taurus Full Hunter’s Moon. Rising in the steady, sensual sign of the Bull, this sacred lunation invites us to slow down after seasonal shifts, root into the physical body, and return to simplicity, comfort, and deep somatic stability. Taurus reminds us that true peace begins in the nervous system—making this moon an ideal time to lay down inner tension, reconnect with your senses, cultivate self-worth, and anchor into an unwavering feeling of safety and sanctuary.
