Join Breathwork and Somatics Coach, Rachel Bednarski, for an evening of exploring your inner world via the power of your breath. If you've heard all the talk about breathwork and wondered what it's all about - this is your chance to come and experience it for yourself (because it's so much more than just your regular daily breathing…).
Our breath is the bridge between our mind and body, inner and outer worlds, conscious and subconscious and even between dimensions. When used consciously, you tune into profound states of awareness, insight, and healing.

Power Yoga and Breath workshop with Hannah Barr

This workshop is designed to be an opportunity to step into a new power; embracing the warmer weather &opening the body. With 90 min of powerful vinyasa to really allow you to dig deeply into your practise & breath work to support releasing stagnant energy. The longer session will also give time to explore headstands and side crow.  Two hours to connect to your body & build a more positive relationship with it.
